Product is physically damaged or burnt
Digital products or software of any kind
Clearance Sale items — all sales final
Intact seal or sticker is torn or damaged

Product has scratches or stains

Guidelines for Returning Products

Full Package Required

When returning a product, it must be returned intact with its original box, warranty card, manual, accessories, stickers, labels, and any gift items that came with it. Missing any item may void your return eligibility.

Packaging Instructions

Do not apply tape, stickers, or labels directly to the product's original box. The product must be packed inside a separate outer box or packet to protect the original packaging during transit.

Delivery Method

You may bring the product directly to our office, or send it via courier service. If sending by courier, you must prepay the courier charge. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments for returns.

Before sending any product back, please contact our customer support team to receive a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may experience processing delays.

Refund & Courier Charge Policy

📋 Upon receiving your returned product, we will perform a full Quality Control (QC) Check. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within:

If the Product is Defective (Manufacturing Fault)

We will cover the courier cost for returning defective products due to manufacturing faults, up to the following limits:

📍 Dhaka: up to 60 BDT
🗺 Outside Dhaka: up to 120 BDT

Any courier charge exceeding these amounts must be borne by the customer.

If the product is in good working condition but you still wish to return or refund it, you will be responsible for:
